For one evening only, Black Sand Brewery joins forces with Yawara to create a dining experience unlike any other.
From the heart of Japan’s culinary artistry to the bold, shareable style of Black Sand, our chefs have built a menu designed to surprise, delight, and be shared around the table. Expect crispy prawn bites kissed with spice, charcoal-grilled tsukune skewers, brisket sandos layered with depth, and sliders with a wasabi kick. To end on a refreshing note: a tropical kakigori, balancing sweetness and light.
The night doesn’t end with the food, our bartenders will be shaking, stirring, and pouring a lineup of cocktails made for the occasion. From the bright Wasabi Mango Mule to the indulgent Truffle Old Fashioned, each drink is designed to pair with the menu, creating an arc of flavors from first bite to final toast.
